Well, this is the perfect time to do those exterior projects…Whether its a new roof, siding, gutters, windows, doors & caulking…

Caulking is the most neglected..All the others above last a whole lot longer..Make sure you look at all your windows and doors, trim and any area where cold air could enter your home…Caulking helps cut energy bills when its done correctly. I say correctly because we see alot of caulking that was done incorrectly or the wrong type was used..So remember, silicone is for non painted areas, latex is for painting.
